CashCourse and CareerShift Wrap-Up

The spring semester brought on more exciting CashCourse lunch sessions and our first CareerShift session. CashCourse sessions this semester included a discussion on Insurance and Banking Basics II, presented by Micheal Earl ’92. Earl discussed the ins and outs of credit and answered student’s questions on everything from saving for retirement to advice for paying off student loans.

Alumni Giving Back

Dedicated to giving back to their community, members of the Washington D.C. Regional Association volunteered on Saturday, April 5th at the National Cherry Blossom Festival.
Duties for volunteers included selling Cherry Blossom merchandise and distributing samples for P&G, one of the event sponsors.

All-Pioneer Skype with Mark Hirschfeld

The Student Alumni Association and the Young Pioneer Network will be presenting an All-Campus Pioneer Skype on Thursday, March 27th, 2014 from Noon-1:00p.m. in the Trustee Conference Room, located in the DBRC.
Mark Hirschfeld, a 2009 graduate of Marietta College, will be joining in via Skype and will be sharing insight on his transition after college and the decisions he made in pursuit of his masters.
